Sunday 1^st Feb:  Feast of St Brigid  

Monday 2^nd Feb; The Presentation of the Lord.

We bless candles for use at home and in church.

Tuesday 3^rd Feb: Feast of St Blaise.

Through his intercession we pray for protection from all illness especially illness of the throat.

I will bless throats & candles at masses on the 31^st, 1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd. With the Bank Holiday there is a choice of four masses so I won’t be blessing throats in the schools.
